After attending the pre-dental program at Hope College, Holland, Michigan, and receiving his D.D.S. from the Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry, Dr. Blevins obtained his Oral and Maxillofacial training at the University of Alabama Medical Center and the Medical College of Georgia. He has an academic appointment as Assistant Professor at the Medical College of Georgia, Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. |

| He is a Diplomate to the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, American Dental Association Society, the Georgia Dental Society, and Honorary Dental Fraternity Omicron Kappa Upsilon. He is active in research in the area of Preprosthetic Surgery and Dental Implantology. Dr. Blevins is married, has four children, and is an active member of In Focus Church of Evans, Ga. |
